Writing the proposal
LORANG coordinates the writing of the proposal according to the rules imposed by the chosen grant scheme and writes most of the proposal in coordination with the project managers:

Scientific and/or technical quality, relevance to the topics addressed by the call:
concept and objectives, progress beyond the state of the art, scientific and technical methodology and associated work plan (objectives, work package description -- including deliverables and milestones) -
Implementation:
management structure, presentation of the consortium, description of major costs (staff effort, equipment, consumables, travel, other costs) and overall financial plan -
Impact:
expected impacts listed in the work programme in relation to the topic or topics in question, dissemination and/or exploitation of project results, management of intellectual property -
Ethical issues:
fundamental ethical principles, ethical review report

Negotiations with the European Commission
In the specific case of projects financed by the European Commission, LORANG negotiates next to you with the Commission until the contract is signed.
